
This service is provided in accordance with the Pest Control HACCP requirements under E.C. Hygiene of Foodstuffs Regulations.
The following features are included in servicing S.R.S. premises.
A special file will be held under the control of the responsible person in the customers premises.
These will be completed by the client and the Rentokil surveyor.
A Departmental Checklist and Information Sheet will be completed by the Rentokil Technician.
A site map, provided by you, the client, and completed by Rentokil, indicating the location and type of monitoring points will accompany the checklist.
These will be completed by Rentokil staff on all Routine Treatments, Call-outs, Follow-Ups, Inspections
and Surveys.
Trained technicians will carry out inspections to determine if conditions are conducive to rodent, insect or bird infestation.
Inspections may be carried out by a Senior Person to ensure the premises is compliant with HACCP Pest Control requirements.
Where rodent or insect infestation occurs, and is covered under the terms of the agreement, Rentokil will provide additional treatments until clearance is obtained.
Rentokil Pest Control will normally respond to emergency calls within 24 hours.
A list of emergency numbers will be provided in the customer’s file.
Calls outside of normal hours, i.e. 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. will be subject to an additional charge unless otherwise agreed.
